Cindi Ferrara Elstien utilizes her vast experience and knowledge as a Human Resource Professional to add value to her clients. She offers unique hands-on experience, serving as both HR Practitioner and Consultant. She educates Clients in the area of Human Resource “Best” standards of practice by evaluating existing policies and procedures and making recommendations to help companies maintain compliance with applicable local, state and federal employment laws.

Cindi majored in Psychology and completed her Human Resource Certification at DePaul University. Cindi also completed the Strategic Coach Series Program offered by Dan Sullivan. Cindi is a licensed Producer of Life & Health and Property & Casualty insurance. Cindi has served as President of the Society of Human Resource Professionals (Chicago SHRM) and currently serves as Board Emeritus for Chicago SHRM. She was also a Board Member for the Illinois State Counsel of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

Growing as a person and helping others grow and understand how they view themselves as human beings is a commitment and part of my life's aim. Cindi is active in the Chicago Community and has been on the Women’s Committee for LaRabida Children’s Hospital from 2005 to 2009.  She is a Volunteer Mentor for Menttium 100 Corporation and is a member of the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW).  She has also served as a Mentor for Imerman Angels for the past 6 years, mentoring women who are undergoing Breast Cancer.  Cindi is a Strategic Ambassador for Gilda’s Club Chicago (a cancer support group). She received the Albert Nelson Marquis Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019.
